Absolutely amazing!! This has been so good to regulate my nervous system prior to sleeping with the beautiful nature sounds and the colours have been so lovely. Also waking up has been so much more pleasant, no more harsh blaring alarms. Rising with the sunrise alarm has felt more natural and made me feel more awake once my alarm goes off.
