Getting Sunni ready
How does the sunrise simulation work?
Sunni gradually brightens before your alarm time, creating a warm sunrise effect that helps your body wake more naturally.
How long can the sunrise run for?
The wake-up light can brighten over up to 60 minutes, so you can choose a gentle lead-in instead of a sudden alarm.
Can I set two alarms?
Yes. Dual alarms let you set separate wake routines for different days or sleepers.
Does it remember my settings?
Yes. Built-in memory keeps your favourite settings locked in.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
Yes. Sunni is powered by the included AU/NZ wall adapter, which connects to the light via a barrel connector. Keep it connected for daily use; the backup battery preserves settings only and does not power the light.

What sleep sounds are included?
Sunni includes 26 calming sounds, including native birdsong, gentle rain and ocean waves.
Can I use my own sounds?
Sunni is designed around its built-in sound library, with 26 relaxing options ready to use.
How bright does it get?
The sunrise simulation gradually brightens for up to 60 minutes with a full-spectrum warm light designed for a natural wake-up.
Can I use it as a night light?
Yes. Sunni has eight ambient colours, so it works as a bedside night light for winding down, reading or children's rooms.
Can I adjust the volume?
Yes. There are 30 volume levels, from a quiet wake-up to a fuller bedside sound.
Does the display dim at night?
Yes. The LED clock display is dimmable, so it can stay subtle beside your bed.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. The warm circular glow works beautifully in kids' rooms too, especially as an ambient night light.
